Intel® Core i5-1135G7 MNHO-089 fanless security gateway appliance is built for secure, stable, and silent operation in industrial and enterprise networks. It uses the 11th generation Intel Core i5-1135G7 quad-core processor with speeds up to 4.20 GHz, providing strong performance while keeping power use low. Intel AES-NI and Intel SGX help protect encrypted data and sensitive applications at the hardware level.

This fanless security gateway works well for firewall, cyber security, and industrial networking tasks. It suits manufacturing systems, automation environments, and secure network setups where reliability and long service life matter.

The device includes six Ethernet ports, using dual Intel I225-V and four Intel I210-AT controllers. These ports support PXE boot and wake-on-LAN, allowing flexible network layouts and remote management. It also provides an RS232 DB9 COM port and an RJ45 console port for system control and monitoring.

Wireless connectivity includes Wi-Fi 6 and optional 4G LTE support. An internal USB Wi-Fi adapter adds flexibility for local wireless access or backup connectivity.

Intel® Core i5-1135G7 MNHO-089 fanless security gateway appliance supports up to 64GB DDR4 SODIMM memory and dual storage options through mSATA and 2.5-inch SATA SSD or HDD. Multiple USB ports, GPIO support via a Phoenix terminal, and HDMI and VGA display outputs allow easy integration into industrial systems.

The aluminium alloy enclosure uses a fully fanless cooling design with efficient heat dissipation. This reduces dust intake, lowers maintenance needs, and ensures quiet operation in harsh or noise-sensitive environments.

The system supports Windows 10, Linux, and common firewall platforms, making it suitable for firewall gateways, VPN services, secure routing, and industrial network control.
