The Aaeon BOXER-6643-TGU is a fanless embedded box PC powered by the Intel Core i7-1185G7E processor and Intel SoC chipset. Its fanless design is useful for embedded installations where reduced moving parts and compact construction are important. The system supports up to 64GB of DDR4 3200MHz SODIMM memory, providing capacity for demanding industrial applications and multitasking workloads.
The system provides two Ethernet connections for different networking requirements. One RJ-45 port uses the Intel Ethernet Connection I219 for 1GbE connectivity, while the second uses the Intel Ethernet Controller I226 for 2.5GbE LAN connectivity. This combination provides both standard Gigabit networking and higher-speed Ethernet for systems that need faster data transfer.
For equipment connectivity, the BOXER-6643-TGU includes two DB-9 ports supporting RS-232/422/485 and an 8-channel digital I/O interface. Three USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports and one USB 2.0 port provide additional connections for peripherals and industrial devices. Two HDMI 2.0 outputs support display connectivity, making the system suitable for applications where local visualization or multiple screens are required.
Storage and expansion options allow the computer to be configured for different embedded requirements. An M.2 2280 M-Key PCIe x4 slot supports NVMe storage, while a 2.5" SATA drive bay provides another storage option. The system also includes an M.2 3052 B-Key slot for a 5G module, a full-size Mini Card slot, and a SIM slot for wireless expansion.
The BOXER-6643-TGU is designed for installations requiring flexible DC power and fanless operation. It accepts 9V-36V DC through a 3-pin terminal block and supports wall mounting. Its operating temperature range is -20°C to 60°C with airflow and industrial wide-temperature SSD/RAM, while the storage temperature range extends from -40°C to 80°C. Anti-vibration and anti-shock specifications further support its use in demanding embedded environments.
