It features integrated process dressing through the upper arm and base, optimizing media routing for wire feed, shielding gas, and power. Its design is particularly suited for welding cylindrical parts or accessing narrow areas. Powered by the OmniCore platform, it incorporates ABB’s TrueMove™ and QuickMove™ for superior path accuracy and efficient motion. The robot is fully compatible with RobotStudio and Arc Welding PowerPac for offline programming. Built-in safety features include dual-channel supervision, emergency stops, and 3-position enabling devices, making it a reliable solution for automated arc welding environments.
