Alcatel-Lucent OmniAccess Stellar AP1511 Indoor Wi-Fi 7 WLAN Access Point
Alcatel-Lucent OmniAccess Stellar AP1511 is an indoor Wi-Fi 7 WLAN Access Point designed to provide high-speed wireless connectivity across 2.4GHz, 5GHz, and 6GHz bands. Its tri-radio, tri-band architecture supports modern 802.11be client devices and provides scalable wireless access for demanding indoor network environments.
The AP1511 delivers wireless data rates of up to 688 Mbps on 2.4GHz, 2.882 Gbps on 5GHz, and 5.76 Gbps on 6GHz for supported 2SS 802.11be clients. With integrated omni-directional antennas and maximum antenna gains of 5.6dBi, 5.9dBi, and 6.4dBi across the three bands, it is designed to provide flexible indoor wireless coverage.
Security features include an integrated TPM 2.0 for secure storage of credentials and keys, along with 802.11i, WPA2, WPA3, Enterprise with CNSA option, Personal SAE, 802.1X, WEP, AES, and TKIP. Firewall capabilities include ACL, wIPS/wIDS, DPI application policy enforcement with OmniVista, portal page authentication, and MACsec on Eth0.
The Alcatel-Lucent Wi-Fi 7 Access Point supports both direct DC power and Power over Ethernet, with IEEE 802.3at/bt compliant PoE. When both power sources are available, DC power takes priority over PoE. The AP1511 supports up to 16 SSIDs per radio and up to 256 associated client devices per radio, with a total capacity of up to 768 associated clients per AP.
Designed for ceiling or wall mounting, the AP1511 has a compact 190mm × 190mm × 38mm form factor and weighs 764g. It operates from 0°C to 50°C with 5% to 95% non-condensing humidity, while its tri-color LED indicators provide clear system, radio, and operating status information for installation and network management.
