APC NetShelter Cable Management (AR8442) Vertical Cable Manager Cable

Tangled cables slowing down your rack work? You need a tidy, reliable way to organise power and data lines without sacrificing space. The APC NetShelter Cable Management (AR8442) Vertical Cable Manager Cable is a purpose-built panel that fits into a single rear Zero U bay, giving you a clean vertical pathway for cables and keeping your equipment accessible and safe.

APC NetShelter Cable Management (AR8442) Vertical Cable Manager Cable - the tidy solution for crowded racks

Messy cabling can cause overheating, accidental unplugging and wasted troubleshooting time. When cables are forced into cramped horizontal spaces they are harder to trace and more likely to be damaged, which can lead to costly downtime. This vertical cable manager occupies only one rear bay, freeing up valuable front space while providing a dedicated route for cables to run straight down the rack. By separating cables from the main equipment plane you reduce airflow blockage and improve overall rack organisation, making maintenance quicker and more reliable.

Usages of APC NetShelter Cable Management (AR8442) Vertical Cable Manager Cable

The vertical manager can be installed in any standard 19-inch rack that uses APC NetShelter frames.

• Organising power distribution units (PDUs) at the rear of the rack.
• Routing fibre or Ethernet patch cords from switches to servers.
• Managing cable bundles for blade chassis or modular equipment.
• Providing a neat conduit for UPS output cables.
• Supporting cable trays in high-density data centre rows.
