The ATP FT7T68U24APHBSI-ERS is a 7.68 TB PCIe Gen4 NVMe U.2 SSD designed for storage systems that require high capacity and fast data access. It uses 3D TLC flash and a PCIe G4 x4 interface, providing a high-speed storage solution in a U.2 form factor for compatible enterprise and computing platforms.
The drive delivers sequential read and write speeds of up to 6,000 MB/s. It also provides random read performance of up to 870,000 IOPS and random write performance of up to 1,230,000 IOPS. These specifications support demanding storage workloads that require fast sequential and random data operations.
The SSD includes hardware and firmware based power loss protection and offers optional SED features with AES 256-bit Encryption and TCG Opal 2.0. It also provides End-to-End Data Path Protection, supporting data integrity across the storage path.
For endurance, the drive supports up to 76,000 TBW. The standard endurance specification is 1 DWPD, with 2 DWPD and 5 DWPD configurations available upon project support.
