Axiomtek tBOX500-510-FL, Intel Core i7-7600U Marine Fanless Embedded PC
The Axiomtek tBOX500-510-FL is a marine fanless embedded PC powered by an Intel® Core™ i7-7600U processor. It provides 2 x DDR4-1866/2133 SO-DIMM slots with support for up to 32GB of memory, making it suitable for marine systems that require reliable computing performance in a compact embedded design.
The system uses an aluminum extrusion and heavy-duty steel construction with an IP30 rating. Its connectivity includes 1 x RJ-45 Gigabit Ethernet, 4 x USB 3.0, 1 x DVI-I display interface, serial communication, and audio connections for integrating different marine equipment and peripherals.
The tBOX500-510-FL provides flexible expansion through 3 x full-size PCI Express Mini Card slots and 2 x value-added module slots. It also supports 2 x swappable 2.5" SATA drives with Intel® RAID 0/1 and 1 x mSATA, allowing storage configurations to be adapted to different embedded system requirements.
For marine installations, the system provides a 24 VDC terminal block power supply option and supports operation from -40°C to +70°C with W.T. peripheral. It also supports 0% to 95% relative humidity, non-condensing, and offers wall mounting for installation in space-constrained environments.
The Axiomtek tBOX500-510-FL is designed for demanding transportation and marine environments, with certifications and compliance including IEC 60945, EN 50155, EN 45545-2, CE Class A, FCC Class A, and ISO 7637-2. Its vibration and shock specifications further support use in embedded marine and transportation applications.
