The BEC MX-220-UT-5G is a dual-WAN advanced 5G rugged industrial router designed for reliable high-speed connectivity in industrial, utility, telecom, and remote network environments. It combines 5G and Gigabit Ethernet WAN connectivity with load balancing, automatic failover and fallback, and VRRP for improved network availability.
The router supports 5G NR sub-6 GHz in both SA and NSA modes and complies with 3GPP Release 16. It supports a wide range of Frequency Range 1 bands, carrier aggregation, up to 120 MHz channel bandwidth, and 256QAM modulation. Theoretical data rates reach up to 3.2Gbps download in 5G NSA and 2.4Gbps download in 5G SA.
For industrial applications, the MX-220-UT-5G supports PTP Ethernet, Modbus/TCP, DNP3/TCP, IEC 61850-90-5 R-GOOSE, IEC 61850-3, IEEE 1613, and IEEE 2030.5. It also provides two RS-232/RS-485 serial ports for Modbus RTU/ASCII and DNP3 over Serial.
Security and remote management features include a built-in NAT firewall, SPI, access control, IP/MAC/URL filtering, VPN passthrough, IPSec, GRE, OpenVPN, PPTP, and L2TP over IPSec. Management is available through a web-based GUI, SNMP, Syslog, TR-069, serial console, and BECentral® cloud-based remote management.
Built for harsh environments, the router operates from -40°C to 70°C and accepts a wide 10V to 56V DC input. Its compact 125 × 98 × 43mm enclosure provides a practical solution for space-constrained industrial installations.

We are retiring PICOPC Products MNHO-073, MNHO-048 and MNHO-043 and they have reached EOL (End Of Life) as we are introducing new products with better technology. We would recommend you to look into MNHO-095. For Untangle, pfSense, OPNsense, Windows 11, Proxmox VE etc. we recommend MNHO-095 whereas for Sophos, Kerio Control and Endian, we would recommend MNHO-069.
