The Beijer Wave II PERFORMANCE Multitouch 24" is a panel PC that combines a 24-inch touchscreen display with an Intel i7-8665UE processor. The 16:9 Full HD screen provides a 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution and a large active area for viewing HMI screens, monitoring information, control interfaces, and other software applications. The 10 Point PCAP Multitouch allows direct and responsive interaction with the displayed interface.

The Intel i7-8665UE CPU is paired with Intel UHD Graphics 620 and DDR4 2400 RAM. The standard configuration includes 8 GB RAM, while the storage supports 3 x M2 slots + SATA and can be configured from 120 GB to 2TB. With Linux and Windows support, the panel PC can be used with software environments that require a full operating system rather than a dedicated HMI runtime.

The display is designed for clear operation with 300 cd/m2 typical light intensity, a 3000:1 typical contrast ratio, and a 25 ms response time. Its 3mm tempered, anti-reflective Conturan@ glass provides a durable front surface, while the 0-100% dimming range allows the display brightness to be adjusted according to the installation environment. The typical backlight life is 50,000 hours.

The Wave II PERFORMANCE also provides a wide selection of connections for external equipment and peripherals. It includes 2 x 10/100/1000 Ethernet ports, with 4 x 10/100/1000 optional, 2 x Display Port, USB 3.1, USB 2.0, RS232/RS485/422, RS232, audio line in and line out, and an HMI connection. These interfaces allow the panel PC to connect with network equipment, displays, USB devices, and serial equipment.

The panel PC supports 18-36 VDC power input and has an approximate power consumption of 68W. IP 67 protection is provided from the front when correctly mounted and sealed, while the specified operating and storage temperature range is -15/+70°C with humidity up to 95%. The specified compass safe distances are 190 cm for a standard compass and 120 cm for a steering compass.
