When a surveillance area is large and security teams need to identify activity both by heat signatures and by visible images, using only one type of camera can limit the information available to the operator. The BIT-S6307W is a multiple sensor dual vision thermal imaging PTZ camera designed for long-range monitoring and intelligent surveillance. Its thermal imaging camera uses a sixth generation uncooled VOx focal plane array detector, while the visible camera uses a back-illuminated ultra-low illumination starlight CMOS sensor. This combination allows the system to use thermal information for detecting heat signatures and visible imaging for additional scene detail, giving operators two complementary views of the same monitoring area.

The camera is designed for applications where simply detecting a target is not enough and operators may need to follow, analyse, or identify activity. The thermal camera supports 640×512 resolution, while the visible camera provides a 47X optical zoom with a 7mm～330mm lens. The system also includes electronic and optical fog penetration, image enhancement, automatic gain control, electronic anti-shake and multiple image adjustment functions. This gives the operator greater flexibility when monitoring distant targets or changing environmental conditions.

The intelligent functions make the camera more than a conventional remotely controlled PTZ unit. It supports fire detection alarms, intrusion detection, boundary crossing, entering/leaving area detection, motion and wandering detection, people gathering, fast-moving targets, abandoned or removed items, people and vehicle detection, and face detection. Automatic tracking can follow a single scene, multiple scenes, panoramic views, or alarm-linked targets, helping operators maintain attention on relevant activity instead of manually controlling the camera at all times.

The PTZ platform provides continuous 360° horizontal rotation and -90°~+90° pitch movement, with gyro stabilization and up to 3000 preset positions. The integrated laser illuminator, dual-light image fusion, intelligent information fusion, optional distance measurement, alarm functions, and remote maintenance features provide additional capabilities for large-area surveillance. With IP67 protection, a PTA triple anti-corrosion coating, intelligent wiper, visible-window defrosting, salt-spray resistance, and a -30℃~60℃ working temperature range, the BIT-S6307W is designed for demanding outdoor monitoring environments.
