Blink Marine PKP-2500-SI, 15 mm Inserts, 10 Keys Compact Keypad
The Blink Marine PKP-2500-SI, 15 mm Inserts, 10 Keys Compact Keypad is a compact keypad designed for applications that require reliable controls in demanding environments. It operates with a 12-24Vdc nominal supply voltage and supports a wider 8-32VDC input range.
The PKP-2500-SI uses CANopen and J1939 communication BUS options for system connectivity. Its switch life is rated at 3 million operations, while the keypad has an MTBF of 178005 hours in accordance with MIL-HDBK-217 operating environment ground mobile.
The keypad is built with silicone rubber with polyurethane hardcoat and uses a 1,6mm thick Nema Grade FR-4 double clad PCB with 1oz copper. A standard Deutsch DT04-4P connector and 2x #10-32 stainless steel mounting studs provide the specified connection and mounting configuration.
The PKP-2500-SI is designed for demanding temperature and environmental conditions. It supports an operating temperature of -40°C to +70°C and a storage temperature of -40°C to +85°C. It also provides IP67/IP69K ingress protection and UVB protection for 400 hours.
The Blink Marine PKP-2500-SI is also specified for thermal shock, mechanical shock, vibration, salt spray, and chemical resistance. With its compact design, 10 keys, 15 mm inserts, and 200 gr weight excluding inserts, it can be used where durable and compact keypad control is required.
