The Cisco UCSC-RAID-HP is a Tri-Mode SAS RAID Controller designed for compatible Cisco UCS server configurations. It supports SAS, SATA, and NVMe drive interfaces, providing flexible storage connectivity for enterprise server environments.

The controller supports SAS interface speeds up to 24Gb/s and supports drive speeds of 3Gbps, 6Gbps, 12Gbps, and 24Gbps. It features 4GB of Flash-Backed Write Cache (FBWC) for cache-supported storage operations.

The UCSC-RAID-HP supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, and 60, along with JBOD and mixed RAID/JBOD modes. It can support up to 16 drives depending on the supported UCS server configuration.

NVMe RAID is supported on applicable UCS configurations, while Self-Encrypting Drive support and local key management provide additional storage security capabilities. A SuperCap is supported or included depending on the server configuration.

The controller uses a dedicated internal controller slot and is managed through Cisco CIMC / UCSM. The controller vendor is listed as LSI, and Cisco lists firmware version 8.10.1.0-00065-00002 for this controller.
