The ComAp InteliVision 5.2 Marine is a 5" TFT HMI display designed to provide a compact operator interface for marine control applications. Its 800 × 480 pixel resolution provides a clear screen for viewing system information, operating status, and control data. The resistive input is suited to panel-based operation where users need a straightforward interface for equipment monitoring and control.
The display operates from an 8-36 VDC power supply and has typical power consumption of 6 W, although actual consumption depends on LCD backlight intensity and CPU consumption. It includes an Ethernet 10/100 Mbit RJ45 port for network connectivity, while USB Device and USB Host interfaces provide additional connection options. RS-485 and CAN are specified as not used.
The InteliVision 5.2 Marine also includes a dedicated resistive input for external LCD backlight control. The input supports R = 0-2400 Ω, with 5-2400 Ω corresponding to 0-100% backlight. This allows the display backlight to be adjusted according to the connected control system requirements.
For marine installations, the display provides a front panel protection rating of IP65 and supports 95% non-condensing humidity. It operates from -30 °C to +70 °C, with operation down to -40 °C when the device is powered on above -30 °C.
