Corning CCH-01U, 1RU 48 Fiber Count Closet Connector Fiber Patch Panel
The Corning CCH-01U Closet Connector Housing is a rack-mountable fiber patch panel designed for carrier networks, data centres and enterprise networks. Its 1U design supports installation in 19-inch and 23-inch racks or cabinets, making it suitable for organised fibre management in different network environments.
The housing provides front and rear access with a sliding design to support installation and maintenance. Its lockable construction allows access control, while the black housing provides a professional finish for network installations.
With a fibre capacity of 48 and 24 ports, the CCH-01U supports fibre connectivity in structured cabling systems. It accommodates two modules and two panels or cassettes, providing flexibility for fibre termination and connection management.
The housing is made from powder-coated metal and a polycarbonate tray. External and internal strain-relief brackets support cable management, while the available CCH pigtailed splice cassette option supports fibre splicing applications.
Designed for indoor use, the housing has an operating temperature range of −40 °C to 70 °C. It meets the stated ANSI/TIA/EIA and UL requirements, and its supplied installation kit includes mounting screws, strain-relief brackets and label cards.
