The Darveen DBC-3400-1255U is a DIN-Rail industrial PC built around the Intel® Core™ i7-1255U processor with a 15W CPU TDP. It provides a compact computing platform for industrial automation, machine control, edge processing, and equipment monitoring. The system supports up to 32GB of DDR4 3200 MHz SO-DIMM memory, giving it the capacity to handle industrial software and data-processing workloads.

The computer provides flexible storage through a 2.5″ SATA HDD and an M.2 2280 SATA slot. Its six USB ports provide connections for peripherals, while five COM ports support different serial communication requirements through RS-232 and RS-485 configurations. Two Intel® I210AT Gigabit Ethernet ports provide network connectivity, while the HDMI interface allows a local display to be connected for monitoring and operation.

For direct equipment integration, the DBC-3400-1255U provides 8x opto-isolated DIO, with an optional 16x opto-isolated DIO configuration, along with optional 2x CAN 2.0B. These interfaces make the system suitable for applications where the computer needs to communicate with industrial devices and monitor or control external signals. The SIM card slot, three SMA antenna holes, and expansion interfaces also provide flexibility for connected applications.

Wireless and positioning capabilities can be added through the available expansion slots. The full-length Mini PCIe slot supports cellular and GNSS configurations, while the M.2 2230 E-Key slot supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The 9-36VDC input and AT/ATX power mode provide flexibility for industrial power integration, while the programmable watchdog timer supports automatic system reset functions.

The DBC-3400-1255U can be installed using DIN-Rail or wall mounting, making it practical for control cabinets and space-constrained industrial systems. Its aluminum alloy enclosure measures 176x 120x 76mm, while the -10 to 60℃ operating temperature range and 10% to 95% non-condensing relative humidity rating support industrial environments. With Windows 10, Windows 11, and Ubuntu support, the system can be used for industrial automation, machine control, edge computing, data acquisition, industrial networking, and connected equipment applications.
