EdgeCore AGR130 AS5916-54XKS 48-Port SFP+ 800G Aggregation Router
The EdgeCore AGR130 AS5916-54XKS is an 800G aggregation router designed for high-capacity network aggregation and data center connectivity. It provides 48 SFP+ ports for 1 GbE or 10 GbE connections along with six 100G QSFP28 ports for 40/100 GbE uplinks, making it suitable for networks that require high port density and high-speed aggregation.
The router delivers 800 Gbps switching capacity and a processing rate of 700 Mpps. Its 9 Kbytes jumbo frame support, 16MB on-chip buffering, and 8 GB deep DRAM buffering help support demanding traffic flows and high-volume network applications.
The AGR130 uses Broadcom BCM88375 Qumran-MX and BCM52311 TCAM components with an Intel Xeon D-1548 8-core 2.0 GHz processor. It includes 32 GB of DDR4 SO-DIMM memory and a 128GB MLC M.2 SSD, providing the processing and storage resources required for network operating system deployments and management functions.
For management and system access, the router provides an RJ-45 serial console, RJ-45 100/1000BASE-T management port, USB storage port, and BMC. It is loaded with the Open Network Install Environment (ONIE) software installer and is compatible with Open Network Linux (ONL), supporting open networking deployments.
The EdgeCore AGR130 is built for rack-mounted network environments with hot-swappable 5+1 redundant fans and two redundant, load-sharing, hot-swappable AC or -48 VDC power supplies. Its operating temperature range of 0°C to 40°C and 5% to 95% non-condensing operating humidity make it suitable for controlled data center and enterprise network installations.
