EdgeCore CSR440 AS7535-28XB Intel Xeon D-1539 Open Cell Site Gateway Router
The EdgeCore CSR440 AS7535-28XB is an open cell site gateway router designed for high-capacity telecom, mobile network, and edge networking deployments. It combines high-speed Ethernet interfaces with an Intel Xeon D-1539 processor platform to support demanding network infrastructure and open networking applications.
The router provides 24 SFP28 ports along with 100G QSFP28 and 400G QSFP-DD interfaces, giving network operators flexible options for high-bandwidth connectivity and traffic aggregation. Its 800 Gbps bidirectional switching capacity and 600 Mpps packet processing rate support efficient handling of demanding network traffic.
The CSR440 also includes dedicated management, console, alarm, clocking, timing, and GNSS interfaces for telecommunications environments. These interfaces support operational management and synchronization requirements in cell site and carrier network deployments.
Its Intel Xeon D-1539 1.6GHz 8-Core processor, ECC-supported DDR4 memory, and 128GB mSATA SSD provide a capable computing platform for edge networking workloads. The hot-swappable 5+1 redundant fan design helps maintain reliable cooling during continuous operation.
Designed for demanding deployment environments, the CSR440 supports an operating temperature range from -40°C to 65°C and 5% to 95% non-condensing humidity. Its AC and DC power input options make it suitable for cell sites, telecom aggregation networks, carrier infrastructure, and high-performance edge networking applications.
