This is a compact batch controller that works with the Endress family of sensors. It reads flow, temperature and density, then calculates the exact volume needed for each recipe. Operators can start, stop or adjust a batch from the built-in keypad or from a PC using FieldCare. If the process drifts, the controller alarms and corrects the flow automatically, preventing over-fills or under-fills that cost you money.
