Many organisations need reliable connectivity before fibre or leased-line services are available. Fixed-line deployments can take weeks or even months, delaying site openings and business operations. For temporary, remote, construction, retail, and seasonal locations, the cost of installing permanent infrastructure is often difficult to justify. In addition, relying on a single fixed circuit creates a single point of failure, leaving sites vulnerable to outages and service disruptions
Provides secure, carrier-grade 5G/4G connectivity as either the primary WAN connection or an independent backup path. Dual-SIM support with automatic carrier failover ensures continuous service and improved resilience. Sites can be brought online within days using only power and active SIMs, eliminating long circuit provisioning delays and enabling fast, scalable, and repeatable deployments across multiple locations.
The Fixed Wireless Access & CPE Solution is built for operators whose sites cannot go dark where a dropped connection halts a vehicle, a control room or a revenue-earning operation rather than merely inconveniencing it. Designed for high-availability fixed sites, mission-critical fleets, and locations at the edge of carrier coverage, this Solution moves past simple carrier failover to bonded WAN connectivity, ruggedized vehicle networking, and long-range outdoor reception. Where the lower tiers keep a site online by switching to a healthy path, this tier keeps it online by running several paths at once and holding the session alive across them.
At the center sits the Peplink MAX BR1 Pro 5G, which combines its 5G link with the site's wired circuit, Wi-Fi-as-WAN or satellite into a single bonded SpeedFusion tunnel. Packets are distributed across every active path, so a failing link degrades throughput instead of dropping the session VPNs, VoIP and POS traffic survive an outage that would break a conventional failover. Hot Failover and WAN Smoothing address the two failure modes that matter most at a branch: a link that dies and a link that merely becomes unreliable. Certified to EN50155 and EN45545-2 for rolling stock, EN61373 for shock and vibration, and E-Mark, with an operating range of -40°C to 65°C, the unit is rated for placements that a standard branch router is not.
For vehicles and mobile deployments, the Cradlepoint R1900 provides a ruggedized metal platform built for vibration, temperature extremes and constant motion. Its embedded 5G modem falls back automatically to Cat 20 LTE when the vehicle leaves 5G coverage, dual SIM selects the healthy carrier without intervention, and four switchable Gigabit ports let each site or vehicle decide what is WAN and what is LAN. Discrete active GNSS with dead reckoning feeds Automatic Vehicle Location systems and holds position through tunnels and urban canyons, while a multi-zone application-aware firewall with IDS/IPS secures a perimeter that is constantly moving. An optional accessory module extends the platform with four PoE ports or a second modem for simultaneous dual-carrier operation.
Where the constraint is signal rather than resilience, the Inseego Wavemaker FW2000 places the radio outside. A high-gain directional antenna array reaching 14 dBi with 4x4 MIMO extends carrier coverage up to 20 km, delivering 5G Sub-6 GHz with LTE Cat 22 fallback at locations where an indoor unit cannot hold a usable signal at all. An IP67 enclosure rated from -30°C to 70°C survives roof and pole mounting, and a single 5 Gbps Ethernet port carries both power and data to the indoor router over one cable run. The carrier radio and core, the SIMs, and the site LAN and endpoints remain the customer's the Solution supplies the CPE that bridges the two, with one unit chosen per site according to how that location must be served.

We are retiring PICOPC Products MNHO-073, MNHO-048 and MNHO-043 and they have reached EOL (End Of Life) as we are introducing new products with better technology. We would recommend you to look into MNHO-095. For Untangle, pfSense, OPNsense, Windows 11, Proxmox VE etc. we recommend MNHO-095 whereas for Sophos, Kerio Control and Endian, we would recommend MNHO-069. (A complete list of supported OS can be found in each product's listing)
