Designed for the single location a first site, a remote outpost, a temporary compound, or a branch that needs an independent path alongside an existing line this Solution delivers carrier-grade 5G and 4G as either the primary WAN or a backup, with dual-SIM failover across two carriers. The site goes live as soon as power and a SIM are in place, turning a months-long circuit order into a same-week installation.

Anchored by the Milesight UR75 Industrial 5G Router, the Solution puts the whole site edge in one unit. The router runs 5G Sub-6 GHz in both NSA and SA modes with dual carrier aggregation for theoretical downlink up to 4.67 Gbps, and falls back automatically to 4G LTE and WCDMA where 5G coverage is thin. A quad-core ARM Cortex-A55 platform carries the routing, VPN and Wi-Fi load, so the single box does not become the bottleneck the moment the site grows past a handful of endpoints.

Resilience does not stop at the SIM. Two Mini SIM slots fail over and fail back automatically between carriers, and the same mechanism extends across Ethernet WAN and Wi-Fi WAN, so the site rides whichever path is healthy rather than depending on one network or one medium. A hardware watchdog recovers the unit unattended after a module or OS fault, which matters at exactly the kind of site that has no one on the ground to power-cycle it.
