The Exor eX712M Web is a compact web HMI designed for industrial operator interfaces where clear visualization and direct touchscreen control are required. Its 12.3-inch TFT LED display provides a 1920x720 HD resolution in a wide-format design, making it suitable for presenting process information, controls, status information, and other HMI screens.
The True Glass Projected Capacitive touchscreen supports multitouch interaction, allowing operators to work directly with the displayed interface. With 600 cd/m2 brightness and dimming support, the display is designed to provide visible information while allowing the screen brightness to be adjusted for the operating environment.
The HMI combines a 64-bit RISC quad-core 1.6 GHz processor with Linux, 2 GB RAM, 4 GB eMMC pSLC Flash, and 64 KB FRAM. These resources provide the computing platform for running the HMI system, while the RT-Clock, RTC Back-up, buzzer, and rechargeable lithium battery support additional system functions.
For connecting with industrial equipment, the eX712M Web provides three Ethernet ports, including one 10/100/1000 port and two 10/100 ports. It also includes USB 2.0, a software-configurable RS-232/RS-485/RS-422 serial port, SD card support, and two expansion slots for plug-in modules, giving the HMI flexibility for different communication and expansion requirements.
The compact panel format has a front IP66 protection class with Type 12 and 4X ratings, while the rear is IP20. Conformal coating on the printed circuit boards and the specified operating temperature range support industrial installation requirements. ATEX Zone 2/22, IECEx Zone 2/22, UL cULus Class 1 Div 2, DNV, RCM, EU RO MR, and LR approvals provide the specified certification options for industrial and hazardous-area applications.
