Exor eX721M Web, 21.5” TFT 1920x1080, PCAP Touchscreen Web HMI
When an industrial application requires a larger operator interface, a small HMI screen can make process information, controls, alarms, and machine data harder to view and manage. A larger panel-mounted display can give operators more room to work with detailed HMI screens while still providing the communication and processing resources needed for industrial systems.
The Exor eX721M Web is a 21.5” TFT LED Web HMI with a 1920x1080 Full HD display and 16M colors. It combines a large touchscreen interface with an embedded 64-bit RISC quad core processor, Linux operating system, memory, and industrial connectivity. The larger screen provides useful space for displaying process graphics, equipment status, control elements, alarms, and other web-based HMI information.
The True Glass Projected Capacitive, Multitouch touchscreen provides direct interaction with the interface and supports multitouch operation. With 300 cd/m2 brightness and dimming, the display can be adjusted for different operating conditions. The system includes 2 GB RAM, 4 GB eMMC pSLC flash, 64 KB FRAM, and an RT-Clock, RTC-Back-up, and Buzzer for supported HMI functions.
The eX721M Web provides three Ethernet ports, with one supporting 10/100/1000 and two supporting 10/100 communication. Two USB Host V2.0 ports are available for compatible devices, while the software-configurable serial interface supports RS-232, RS-485, and RS-422. Plug-in modules can increase the serial connectivity to a maximum of three serial ports, and two expansion slots provide additional module flexibility.
The panel is designed for industrial installation with a 24 Vdc power supply, electronic input protection, and conformal coating on the printed circuit boards. It supports an operating temperature of -20° to +60 °C with vertical installation and 5-85% RH non-condensing humidity. IP66 front and Type 12, 4X protection, together with ATEX Zone 2/22, IECEx Zone 2/22, UL cULus Class 1 Div 2, DNV, LR, and other approvals, make it suitable for specified industrial and hazardous-area applications.
