The Exor eXware707M is an IoT edge controller and gateway designed to provide local computing and communication between industrial devices and connected systems. It combines a 64-bit RISC quad-core processor with Linux RT, allowing it to run edge applications while handling data communication close to the source.
With 2 GB of RAM, 4 GB eMMC pSLC flash storage, and 64 KB FRAM, the controller provides dedicated resources for edge applications and system operation. Its RTC, RTC backup, buzzer, and battery support also provide useful functions for maintaining controller operation and system information.
The eXware707M provides three Ethernet ports, including one Gigabit Ethernet port, along with USB, configurable serial communication, SD card support, and two expansion slots for plug-in modules. This combination allows the gateway to connect with different industrial devices and expand its communication capabilities when additional interfaces are required.
The compact DIN rail design makes the controller suitable for installation inside industrial control cabinets where space is limited.
