The Exor JSmart721M is a 21.5-inch TFT HMI Panel PC that combines a large Full HD display with built-in computing resources for industrial operator interfaces. Its 1920x1080 resolution provides a wide working area for displaying process screens, equipment information, controls, and other application interfaces.
The projected capacitive multitouch screen provides direct and intuitive interaction with the HMI interface. The 400 cd/m2 display brightness and dimming support allow the screen to be adjusted for different viewing conditions, while the large 21.5-inch format gives operators more space to work with detailed screens and multiple interface elements.
Inside, the JSmart721M uses a 64-bit RISC quad-core 1.6 GHz processor with Linux, 8 GB Flash, 2 GB RAM, and 64 KB FRAM. Real Time Clock and RTC Back-up functions are included, while the temperature sensor and 3-axis accelerometer provide additional sensing capabilities for supported applications.
The panel also provides Ethernet 10/100 PoE, Wi-Fi IEEE 802.11a/b/g, NFC ISO/IEC 14443A, a USB 2.0 host connection with the specified special cable, and an RGB LED. These interfaces and built-in functions give the HMI options for connecting to networks, interacting with compatible devices, and supporting different industrial operator requirements.
The JSmart721M is designed for demanding installation environments with an IP67 protection class when appropriate accessories and cables are used. Its thin 26.5 mm depth helps support space-conscious panel installations, while the specified temperature and humidity ranges provide operating limits for industrial environments. CE RED, UL cULus, Class 1 Div 2, and RCM approvals are also specified for the device.
