A 27-inch panel PC needs to provide enough screen space for detailed control interfaces while also offering reliable computing, networking, and serial connectivity. The Hatteland HD 27T30 MMC is a 27-inch panel PC that combines a Full HD widescreen display with an Intel Atom x7-E3950 processor. Its 1920 x 1080 native resolution and 16:9 aspect ratio provide a large working area for HMI screens, monitoring applications, control interfaces, and other operator software. The 300 cd/m² typical light intensity and wide viewing angle support clear viewing from different operator positions.

The panel PC uses an Intel Atom x7-E3950 processor with Intel SOC and Intel HD Graphics 505. The system supports OpenGL 4.6 on Windows/Linux and OpenGL ES 3.2 on Linux. Features such as a watchdog timer, RTC, battery alarm, WakeOnLan, Fast Boot, USB Boot, TPM2.0, and ATmode provide additional system functions for panel PC applications.

For network and equipment connectivity, the Hatteland HD 27T30 MMC provides two Gigabit LAN interfaces, four USB 2.0 Type A ports, two DisplayPort outputs, and serial communication through RS-232 and RS-422/485. The two Ethernet interfaces use Realtek RTL8111H-CG and Intel I210IT controllers, with Intel Teaming supported for LAN #2. These interfaces allow the panel PC to communicate with network equipment, external displays, USB peripherals, and serial devices.

The 27-inch display uses LED backlight technology and a-SI Thin Film Transistor technology. It has a 3000:1 typical contrast ratio, 12 ms typical response time, 16.7 million maximum colors, and a 0.31125 (H) x 0.31125 (V) mm pixel pitch. The active display area is 597.6 (H) x 336.15 (V) mm, providing a large screen area for information-rich operator interfaces.

The panel PC is designed for marine and industrial environments, with IP66 protection at the front and IP20 at the rear. It supports an operating temperature of -15°C to +55°C, storage temperature of -20°C to +60°C, humidity up to 95%, and shock and vibration specifications according to IEC 60945 / IACS E10. Its compass safe distance is 80cm for a standard compass and 60cm for a steering compass.
