Hikvision DS-2XE6845G0-IZHS(8-32mm)(B), 4MP Explosion-Proof Bullet Camera is designed for surveillance applications that require detailed imaging, long-range monitoring, and reliable operation in demanding environments. It uses a 1/1.8" Progressive Scan CMOS sensor with a maximum resolution of 2688 × 1520 and supports excellent low-light performance with a minimum illumination of 0.009 Lux in color and 0.0009 Lux in black and white.

The camera uses a varifocal lens with 8 to 32 mm focal length for this model, providing a horizontal field of view from 43° to 15°, vertical field of view from 23° to 9°, and diagonal field of view from 50° to 17°. Its IR illuminator provides up to 100 m of supplemental light, while the 850 nm IR wavelength supports nighttime monitoring. Auto, semi-auto, and manual focus options provide flexibility during installation and operation.

The camera supports multiple video streams and H.265+/H.265/H.264+/H.264 compression for the main stream, helping support different network and storage requirements. It also provides H.265, H.264, and MJPEG options for additional streams, with up to 8 Mbps video bit rate, ROI support, target cropping, SVC, and five fixed regions for each stream.

For connectivity and integration, the camera includes a 10 M/100 M self-adaptive Ethernet port, RS-485, composite video output, audio input and output, alarm input and output, and a fiber optical interface with a 20 km transmission distance. Local storage supports microSD, microSDHC, microSDXC, and TF cards up to 256 GB, while NAS storage and automatic network replenishment provide additional recording options.

Built for demanding industrial surveillance, the camera uses stainless steel 316L with an anti-corrosion coating and supports operation from -40 °C to 60 °C. Its deep learning functions include hard hat detection, human target detection, vehicle detection, license plate recognition support, and vehicle attribute detection. With 100 to 240 VAC or PoE 802.3at power options, a built-in heater, and multiple event and security functions, it is suited for industrial monitoring and other applications requiring robust surveillance capabilities.
