Huawei OptiXstar HN8145XR FTTR Wi-Fi 6 ONT Supports XG-PON/10G EPON
The Huawei OptiXstar HN8145XR is the main FTTR unit in Huawei's all-optical home solution, designed to provide ultra-broadband access through XG-PON or asymmetric 10G EPON technology. It combines fiber connectivity with gigabit dual-band Wi-Fi 6 for connected home networks.
The HN8145XR provides a range of user-side interfaces, including 1 telephone port, 4GE ports, 1 USB port, 2.4G and 5G Wi-Fi, and 6+1 optical ports. This interface combination supports flexible connectivity for multiple home networking applications.
For wireless performance, the Huawei OptiXstar HN8145XR uses Wi-Fi 6 technology with 2x2 MIMO on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands. It supports 160MHz bandwidth and delivers physical air interface speeds of up to 3000Mbps for high-speed wireless connectivity.
The HN8145XR also provides 10 Gigabit uplink access for FTTR deployments, enabling fiber-to-the-room connectivity and true gigabit speeds in every room. Its seamless roaming capability allows switching between different FTTRs without service interruption, with a roaming switching time of less than 50ms.
For intelligent network management, the Huawei OptiXstar HN8145XR can recognize and accelerate over 60 applications, including live streaming and video streaming, with one-click acceleration. Its app-based management supports remote network visualization, one-click optimization, parental controls, and other intelligent operation and maintenance functions.
