This handheld tester from Kikusui measures touch current, protective conductor current and meter leakage in a single step. It is built for engineers who need fast, reliable data while working on appliances, medical devices or industrial controls. The instrument lets you compare results against 51 preset safety standards, so you always know whether a product meets the required limits.
