In many factories the output of pressure, force or displacement transducers varies with temperature and power noise. That variation creates false readings, leads to scrap, and forces operators to stop the line for manual checks. The problem matters because every minute of downtime costs money and every wrong measurement can affect product safety. The TCI8 solves this by conditioning up to eight channels at once, providing stable voltage or current output, and shielding the signals from external interference. Its built-in diagnostics let you see health of each channel, so you can act before a failure occurs.
