High-performance data center storage needs fast response times, strong endurance, and enough capacity for demanding workloads. The Micron 9650 MAX provides 25.6TB of storage in an E3.S 1T form factor, making it suitable for data center environments where high-speed NVMe storage is required.

The Micron 9650 NVMe SSD uses Micron G9 TLC NAND and supports PCIe Gen6.2 1x4 with NVMe 2.0. It delivers sequential read speeds of up to 28,000 MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 14,000 MB/s for data-intensive applications.

With 5,500 KIOPS random read performance and 900 KIOPS random write performance, the drive is designed for workloads that require high levels of random I/O. It also provides 1,500 KIOPS for 70/30 random read/write workloads.

The drive offers typical latency of 60 μs for read operations and 15 μs for write operations. Its endurance is rated at 140,160 TBW for random workloads and 282,600 TBW for sequential workloads, supporting demanding data center usage.

The Micron 9650 MAX has an MTTF of 2.0 million hours at 0–55°C and 2.5 million hours at 0–50°C. It supports OCP 2.6 compliance, operates from 0–70°C, and includes a 5-year warranty.
