The Moxa UC-3434A-T-LTE-WiFi is an industrial edge gateway built around a quad-core Arm Cortex-A53 processor running at 1.4 GHz and 4 GB DDR4 memory. It combines computing, wired networking, serial communication, CAN, cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS interfaces in a compact industrial enclosure.
The gateway provides two 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet ports, two software-selectable RS-232/422/485 serial ports, and two CAN 2.0 A/B ports. The serial interfaces support baud rates from 50 bps to 921.60 kbps, while the CAN interfaces support 10 to 1000 kbps.
For wireless connectivity, the UC-3434A-T-LTE-WiFi supports LTE, 3G, and 2G bands, along with 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax Wi-Fi on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. It also includes Bluetooth 5.3, dual Nano SIM support, GPS/GLONASS/BeiDou/Galileo/QZSS positioning, and dedicated cellular, GPS, and Wi-Fi antenna connectors.
The system includes 16 GB eMMC storage and one microSD expansion slot. Security features include TPM 2.0, hardware Root of Trust Secure Boot, host-based intrusion detection, LUKS disk encryption, security event auditing, secure updates, and one-step recovery to the last known secure state.
With an IP30 metal housing, DIN-rail mounting, and optional wall mounting, the gateway is designed for industrial environments. It supports a 9 to 48 VDC input, consumes up to 10.8 W, and operates across a -40 to 70°C temperature range.
