Neousys SEMIL-2247GC is a rugged 2U 19" rack mount GPU computer designed for demanding industrial, edge computing, and machine vision applications. It supports Intel® 12th, 13th, and 14th-Gen Core™ processors with a 35W TDP and provides up to 128 GB ECC/ non-ECC DDR5 4800 SDRAM. With an NVIDIA® L4 GPU, the system provides dedicated GPU acceleration for workloads that require additional graphics and computing performance.

The system combines integrated Intel® UHD Graphics 770 with the NVIDIA® L4 GPU and Intel® R680E platform controller hub. It supports Intel vPro/ AMT 16.0 and dTPM 2.0 for system management and hardware security. Its storage options include two internal SATA ports for 2.5” HDD/ SSD installation with RAID 0/ 1 support and an M.2 2280 M key NVMe socket using PCIe Gen4x4 for high-speed NVMe storage.

Connectivity is designed for industrial networking and equipment integration. The SEMIL-2247GC provides 2x 10GbE Ethernet, 4x 2.5GbE Ethernet, and 1x GbE Ethernet, all using M12 X-coded connections. It also includes isolated CAN Bus ports, USB ports, DisplayPort-capable Type-C connectors, isolated RS-232 ports, and RS-422/485 connectivity for connecting industrial equipment and peripherals.

Expansion flexibility supports multiple communication and wireless modules. Three full-size mini PCI Express sockets with SIM slots are available, along with an M.2 2242/3052 B key socket with dual SIM slot for M.2 5G/ 4G module and an M.2 2230 E key socket for Wi-Fi. The 9V to 36V DC input with reverse polarity protection and built-in ignition power control allow the system to support applications where controlled DC power operation is required.

The SEMIL-2247GC is designed for harsh environments with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 70°C, IP69K ingress protection, MIL-STD-810H vibration and shock specifications, and MIL-STD-461G EMC requirements. Its rack-mounting and wall-mounting options provide installation flexibility, while MIL-STD-1275D electrical systems compliance supports demanding power environments. These characteristics make it suitable for industrial automation, edge AI, machine vision, transportation, defense-related systems, and other rugged computing deployments.
