NETGEAR Nighthawk MR5100-1TLAUS is a 5G Mobile Router designed for fast and flexible wireless connectivity on compatible Telstra networks. Powered by the Qualcomm SDX55 chipset, it supports 5G, LTE, and 3G technologies while providing AX1800 Wi-Fi for connected devices.
The 5G mobile router supports 5G bands n5, n7, and n78, along with LTE B1/B3/B7/B8/B28 and 3G B1/B2/B5/B8. Its Wi-Fi connectivity delivers up to 1.2Gbps on 5GHz and 600Mbps on 2.4GHz, providing a combined AX1800 maximum PHY throughput for compatible wireless devices.
The NETGEAR Nighthawk MR5100 includes a 2.4-inch touch LCD panel that provides convenient access to router information and settings. A data usage meter helps users manage their data consumption, making the device suitable for mobile broadband, temporary connectivity, remote work, travel, and locations where wired internet access is unavailable.
With a 5040mAh battery, the mobile router is designed for all-day use without requiring continuous connection to mains power. One USB Type-C port, one Gigabit Ethernet port, and two TS9 RF ports provide flexible connectivity options for charging, wired networking, and supported external RF accessories.
Security features include WPA Personal, WPA2 Personal, and WPA3 Personal Wi-Fi security, along with PIN and PUK SIM security. The router also provides VPN passthrough, MAC address filtering, website filtering, port forwarding, port filtering, parental controls, guest Wi-Fi privacy separation, protected management frames, and a password-protected WebAdmin portal.
