Nexcom PPC-120T-RL-i5 is a 12.1-inch marine panel PC designed for onboard computing, monitoring, control, and marine automation applications. It features a 13th Gen Intel® Core™ Raptor Lake – P embedded processor platform and an aluminum/metal chassis with a fanless design. The compact panel PC provides reliable computing while reducing the need for moving cooling components.
The 12.1” WXGA TFT-LCD provides a 1280 x 800 resolution, 600 cd/m² brightness, and wide viewing angles of 88 degrees in all four directions. Its 10-point P-Cap multi-touch glass supports interactive operation and includes AR coating. The display supports 262K / 16.7M colors for clear visual information in marine control and monitoring environments.
The system supports 2 x DDR5 memory with up to 64GB Max and provides two M.2 slots supporting 2242 or 2280 SATA and NVMe storage. For external display use, the Type C interface supports ALT mode with resolution up to 4096*2160 60Hz. These features provide flexibility for marine workstations and applications that require additional storage or display capability.
Connectivity includes an isolated COM port supporting RS-232/422/485, two USB 3.2 Type-A ports, one USB 3.2 Type-C port, and four 2.5GbE RJ45 ports with wake up on LAN support. The system uses a 24VDC input with reverse polarity protection and galvanic/electrical isolation. With a maximum power consumption of 120W, it is designed for marine systems requiring compact computing and multiple communication interfaces.
The Nexcom PPC-120T-RL-i5 operates from 0°C to 55°C and supports 10%~95% non-condensing operating humidity. It complies with specified vibration and shock requirements, including EN60945 Protected B and IEC 60068-2-64 vibration compliance. Its 307.5mm (L) x 209mm (W) x 65.9mm (D) dimensions make it suitable for space-conscious marine installations, including control panels and onboard equipment.
