Nexcom PPC-240T-HW-01, Intel Core i5-4300U 24” Full HD Touch Panel PC is designed for industrial and marine-style control environments where a large touchscreen, reliable computing, and flexible installation are required. It features a 24" 16:9 LED panel with Full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution, 300cd/m2 luminance, and 16.7M colors for clear display of applications, monitoring information, and control interfaces.

The panel provides a 5000 contrast ratio and 89-degree viewing angles in all directions. Its projected capacitive flush panel touch screen offers 91% light transmission and AR coating, while the USB touch interface provides straightforward connectivity for interactive operation. An ambient light sensor supports automatic dimming, and software control allows the panel backlight to be adjusted from 0% to 100%.

Powered by an onboard Intel® Core™ processor i5-4300U running at 1.9GHz with 3M Cache, the system includes 4GB DDR3L by default and supports up to 16GB DDR3L. Storage includes a SATA M.2 connector with 128G M.2 SATA as the default configuration, along with a mini-PCIe connector. Intel® HD Graphics provides the integrated graphics platform.

The Nexcom PPC-240T-HW-01 offers four RJ45 Ethernet ports, a DVI-I port for a second display, two USB 2.0 ports, two USB 3.0 ports, and an RS232/422/485 COM interface. Its networking hardware combines 2x Intel® I210-IT Gigabit LAN and 2x Intel® 82574 Gigabit LAN, with 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet and wake up on LAN support.

With a fanless system design, IP65 front bezel, and IP20 back system, the panel PC is suited to installations where reduced mechanical complexity and front-side protection are required. It supports both 110/230VAC and 24VDC power input, with galvanic isolation and reverse polarity protection for DC operation. Panel, flush, and VESA 100mm x 100mm mounting options allow integration into industrial control panels, automation systems, monitoring stations, and other space-conscious computing installations.
