NVIDIA Networking SN5400 Spectrum-4 400GbE 2U C2P Ethernet Switch
The NVIDIA Networking SN5400 is a Spectrum-4 based 400GbE 2U Open Ethernet switch designed for high-performance data center networking. It provides 64 QSFP56-DD ports supporting speeds from 10GbE through 400GbE.
The NVIDIA SN5400 also includes two SFP28 ports supporting 1/10/25GbE connectivity. This port configuration provides flexible Ethernet options for high-speed data center networks and management or connectivity requirements.
Powered by an Intel x86 Xeon hexa-core Coffee Lake E-2276ME processor with secured boot, the switch includes 32GB DDR4 RAM and a 160GB SSD. It also provides PCIe Gen3 x4 and uses the NVIDIA Spectrum-4 switch platform.
The NVIDIA Spectrum-4 switch delivers 25.6 Tbps of throughput and supports a typical power consumption of 670W with passive cables. Its power system supports one or two high-line AC inputs rated at 220–240V, with an operating range from 200V to 264V.
The rack-mounted 2U chassis is designed for installation in a 19-inch rack and weighs 23.5 kg. The C2P variant features C2P airflow, standard depth, a tool-less rail kit, and supports operating temperatures from 0°C to 40°C with 10% to 85% non-condensing humidity.
