The IP30 solves them by delivering Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) and full Layer-2+ management in a compact DIN-rail package. You get deterministic traffic, easy configuration, and the ability to grow your network without replacing hardware.
This PLANET industrial Ethernet switch uses a Store-and-Forward architecture with an 18 Gbps non-blocking switch fabric and a throughput of 13.3 Mpps at 64 bytes. It provides an 8K-entry address table, 32 Mbits shared data buffer, and jumbo frame support up to 10K bytes.
The switch provides Layer 3 functionality with up to 8 VLAN interfaces and a routing table supporting up to 32 routing entries. It supports IPv4 and IPv6 software static routing, while IEEE 802.3x flow control provides pause-frame support for full-duplex operation.
For industrial installation, the switch features an IP30 aluminum enclosure and supports DIN-rail or wall mounting. It includes 2 digital inputs, 2 digital outputs, and one relay output for power-failure alarms, providing additional monitoring and control capabilities.
