Many organisations need reliable connectivity before fibre or leased-line services are available. Fixed-line deployments can take weeks or even months, delaying site openings and business operations. For temporary, remote, construction, retail, and seasonal locations, the cost of installing permanent infrastructure is often difficult to justify. In addition, relying on a single fixed circuit creates a single point of failure, leaving sites vulnerable to outages and service disruptions
Provides secure, carrier-grade 5G/4G connectivity as either the primary WAN connection or an independent backup path. Dual-SIM support with automatic carrier failover ensures continuous service and improved resilience. Sites can be brought online within days using only power and active SIMs, eliminating long circuit provisioning delays and enabling fast, scalable, and repeatable deployments across multiple locations.
The Fixed Wireless Access & CPE Solution is built for operators of multi-site estates who need connectivity live in days rather than months, at sites where fiber either hasn't arrived, isn't worth the civil work, or can't be trusted as the only path. Designed for retail rollouts, branch programs, and remote or temporary locations, this Solution delivers carrier-grade 5G and 4G as either the primary WAN or an independent backup, with dual-SIM failover across two carriers. A site goes live as soon as power and a SIM are in place, turning a months-long circuit order into a same-week installation and giving multi-site programs a repeatable, cabling-free build.
Rather than force one router onto every site, the Solution provides four matched CPE types so each location gets the right form factor for its siting, all reaching the same carrier network the same way. The Teltonika RUTC50 is the mainstream indoor unit, Wi-Fi 6 with central RMS management for estates that need every site visible from one console. The DrayTek Vigor 2865LAX-5G handles the branch office, adding a wired LAN, on-box VPN and DSL fallback where the location has more than a handful of endpoints. The Robustel R5010 is the industrial option DIN-rail mounted and wide-temperature, for plant rooms and OT environments a commercial router won't survive. The Teltonika OTD500 is the outdoor unit, IP-rated for pole or wall mounting where the signal is weak indoors and the antenna needs to go where the coverage is.
Every unit runs dual-SIM failover across two carriers, so a site is never dependent on a single network the connection rides whichever carrier is healthy, and fails over automatically when one drops. This is what turns fixed wireless from a best-effort backup into a path an operator can stand a branch on. The same mechanism makes the Solution equally valid as a primary WAN where no fiber exists and as an independent resilience layer alongside an existing fixed circuit.
The carrier radio and core, the SIMs, and the site LAN and endpoints all remain the customer's the Solution supplies the CPE that bridges the two. Because the four units share management approach and failover behavior and differ only in form factor, a mixed estate of indoor, branch, industrial and outdoor sites is still operated as one fleet. The result is a single, repeatable way to light any site: choose the CPE that matches the location, drop in two SIMs, and the site is on the network in days.
Days, not months a site goes live as soon as power and a SIM are in place; no circuit order, no cabling
Dual-SIM failover every unit ride two carriers and fails over automatically, so no site depends on one network
Primary or backup WAN valid as the sole connection where there's no fiber, or as an independent resilience path alongside one
Four CPE form factors indoor managed, branch with wired LAN, industrial DIN-rail, and outdoor-mounted, chosen by site
Right unit per site RUTC50 (indoor), Vigor 2865LAX-5G (branch), R5010 (industrial), OTD500 (outdoor)
Central management RMS-managed indoor units keep a multi-site estate visible from one console
Branch-grade routing DrayTek adds wired LAN, on-box VPN and DSL fallback where a site needs more than cellular alone
Built for harsh siting DIN-rail wide-temp and IP-rated outdoor options survive plant rooms and pole mounts
Repeatable rollout one management approach and failover behavior across the whole fleet, whatever the mix of sites
Clean layer separation Solution supplies the CPE; SIMs, carrier network and site LAN remain the customer's

We are retiring PICOPC Products MNHO-073, MNHO-048 and MNHO-043 and they have reached EOL (End Of Life) as we are introducing new products with better technology. We would recommend you to look into MNHO-095. For Untangle, pfSense, OPNsense, Windows 11, Proxmox VE etc. we recommend MNHO-095 whereas for Sophos, Kerio Control and Endian, we would recommend MNHO-069. (A complete list of supported OS can be found in each product's listing)
