RUCKUS R770 Tri-Radio Wi-Fi 7 12.22 Gbps Indoor Access Point
The RUCKUS R770 is a tri-radio Wi-Fi 7 indoor access point designed to deliver high-performance wireless connectivity across 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz bands. With a combined maximum PHY rate of 12.22 Gbps, it provides high-capacity wireless networking for demanding indoor environments.
The R770 supports up to 1,024 concurrent users and uses 2x2:2 radio chains and streams at 2.4 GHz, 4x4:4 at 5 GHz, and 2x2:2 at 6 GHz. This makes it suitable for high-density deployments where many connected devices require reliable wireless access and strong network performance.
RUCKUS BeamFlex and ChannelFly technologies help support efficient wireless connectivity, while SmartMesh and PD-MRC provide additional wireless networking capabilities. The access point also includes IoT Onboard support, making it suitable for environments with connected IoT devices alongside conventional Wi-Fi clients.
For wired networking, the R770 provides one 1/2.5/5/10 GbE port and one 1 GbE port, enabling high-speed network integration. USB 2.0 connectivity is also included, while controller support covers RUCKUS One, RUCKUS SmartZone, RUCKUS Unleashed, and standalone deployments.
The RUCKUS R770 is designed for education, hospitality, MDU, manufacturing, office and retail, and public venue applications. Its support for venues such as convention floors, lecture halls, transit stations, and common spaces makes it well suited for high-density indoor wireless deployments operating from 0 °C to +50 °C.
