Why Choose a StarTech.com Ethernet Cable
If you manage a busy office, data centre or industrial site, you know how quickly cables can become a bottleneck. Over-sized cords crowd patch panels, restrict airflow and raise the risk of overheating. You need a solution that fits tight spaces, stays cool and still powers devices like IP cameras or Wi-Fi access points. This slim, purple-coloured cable is built for exactly those challenges, offering high-speed data and full PoE power while staying 36 % thinner than ordinary Cat6 cables.
Benefits of StarTech.com Ethernet Cable
- Space saving: Its slim profile frees up rack space and improves airflow.
- Reliable power: Delivers up to 100 W, enough for most PoE-enabled equipment.
- Durability: Gold contacts and LSZH jacket protect against wear and fire.
- Easy installation: Snagless RJ-45 connectors prevent breakage during routing.
Usages of a 100W PoE Ethernet Cable
Ideal for high-density network racks, patch panels, and cramped conduit runs, this cable powers and connects devices such as security cameras, wireless access points, VoIP phones and thin-client computers in offices, data centres, trains, aircraft cabins or any environment where space, heat and safety are critical.
