The hot‑spare feature also enhances data protection by automatically rebuilding arrays in RAID 1, 5, or 10 configurations when a drive fails, minimizing downtime and data‑loss risk.
Fully Compatible with Multiple Operating Systems: The D5-310 works seamlessly with Windows, macOS, and Linux without requiring any additional drivers. It also supports connections to servers, smart TVs, and set-top boxes, offering true plug-and-play usability in multi-platform environments.
High-Speed USB 3.1 Gen 1 Interface: With a transfer speed of up to 5Gbps, the D5-310 delivers actual read/write performance of 220MB/s. This enables fast file transfers—such as moving a 1GB file in about 4 seconds—reducing wait times for demanding workflows.
Massive 160TB Storage Capacity: Supporting up to five 3.5-inch/2.5-inch SATA HDDs or SSDs, the D5-310 offers a total capacity of 160TB (using 32TB drives). Its tool-free drive bays make installation and replacement simple, streamlining storage expansion.
