The Topicon DT880 is an 8-inch 5G rugged in-vehicle tablet designed for mobile work, vehicle operations, field service, logistics, transportation, and industrial environments. With an octa-core processor, 8GB LPDDR4X memory, and 128GB UFS2.2 storage, it provides responsive performance for demanding mobile applications and connected workflows.

Its 8-inch IPS display delivers 1280 x 800 resolution with an anti-glare capacitive multi-touch panel that supports glove and wet modes. This makes the tablet practical for drivers, technicians, warehouse teams, and field workers who need reliable touchscreen operation in changing environmental conditions. Android 14 or Android 16 options with nGMS and Non-GMS support provide flexibility for different application and deployment requirements.

The DT880 combines multiple connectivity and expansion options for in-vehicle use. Its docking connector, USB interfaces, Ethernet support through the cradle, dual SIM options, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, serial communication, and optional scanning capabilities support a wide range of connected workflows. The optional 1D and 2D imager can also support barcode-based operations in logistics, transportation, inventory, and field service applications.

The rugged construction is designed for demanding operating conditions, with IP67 sealing, a 1.2m / 4 ft. drop specification per MIL STD 810G, and operation from -20℃ to 60℃. The 8000mAh rechargeable lithium-ion battery supports mobile operation, while the glove and wet-mode touchscreen helps maintain usability in challenging work environments.
