The Ubiquiti NanoStation M2 is a compact 2.4 GHz airMAX CPE designed for outdoor deployment. Its 2x2 MIMO architecture and integrated panel antenna deliver up to 11.2 dBi gain, pushing real throughput beyond 150 Mbps and covering distances of 15 km or more.
Installation is plug-and-play. The unit mounts on a wall, pole, or window with the supplied brackets, and only a single wrench is needed. Power over Ethernet supplies 24 V at just 8 W, while the secondary Ethernet port can power a PoE camera or other device, simplifying IP video setups.
Running Ubiquiti’s airOS firmware, the NanoStation M2 offers intuitive wireless settings, bridge or routing modes, and remote management. Optional remote reset circuitry lets you reboot the device from the power source, and the unit is 802.3af compliant when paired with an Instant 802.3af adapter.
