UfiSpace S9500-30XS 30-Port 10/25/100G Disaggregated Cell Site Gateway Router
The UfiSpace S9500-30XS is a compact disaggregated cell site gateway router designed for modern telecom networks transitioning from legacy infrastructure to 5G New Radio. Its combination of 100M/1G, 10G/25G, and 40G/100G interfaces provides flexible connectivity for legacy BBU, 5G BBU, and high-speed backhaul network requirements.
The S9500-30XS supports SyncE and IEEE 1588v2 with T-GM, T-BC, T-TC, T-TSC capabilities, along with GNSS, 1PPS, 10MHz, ToD, and BITS timing interfaces. These timing functions make it suitable for cell site deployments where accurate synchronization is required for mobile transport networks and evolving 5G infrastructure.
Its 30-port design includes 20 SFP+ ports for 100M/1/10G connectivity, 8 SFP28 ports for 1/10/25G connectivity, and 2 QSFP28 ports for 40/100G connectivity. The router also provides 3GB deep buffering and an Intel Broadwell-DE 4-Core processor to support demanding network traffic and backhaul applications.
Designed for outside plant installation, the S9500-30XS meets TP76200 GR-3108 Class 2 OSP and NEBS Level 3 requirements. Its compact 1RU chassis fits standard 19-inch racks, while hot-swappable power supplies and fan modules simplify maintenance and help support continuous network operation.
The UfiSpace S9500-30XS can be deployed for cell site aggregation, 5G transport, mobile backhaul, and disaggregated open networking infrastructure. Its OCP Accepted and TIP compliant design supports open standard NOS applications, providing flexibility for network management, orchestration, and future feature expansion.
