V.SOL V2901Q-A, 10G PON+2.5GbE XGS-PON Optical Network Unit
V.SOL V2901Q-A is a 10G PON Optical Network Unit designed for high-speed fiber access with WiFi 6 wireless connectivity and flexible network management. Its compact ceiling installation design combines XPON access, Gigabit Ethernet, and dual-band WiFi in a single network unit.
The V2901Q-A features 1XPON connectivity supporting EPON PX20+ and GPON Class B+ through an SC/UPC single-mode connector. It supports up to 20KM transmission distance and Power over Fiber (PoF), providing flexible deployment and powering options for compatible fiber access environments.
The unit provides 1 × GE RJ45 user interface with auto-negotiation and WiFi 6 wireless connectivity. Its wireless interface supports 2402 Mbps on 5GHz and 574Mbps on 2.4GHz, with 2x2 antennas on 2.4GHz and 3x3 antennas on 5GHz, supporting up to 128 connected devices.
WiFi 6 features include MU-MIMO, OFDMA, Multiple SSID, hidden SSID, Mesh, and WPA/WPA2/WPA3 personal encryption. These capabilities provide flexible wireless networking for connected devices while Smart network functions such as QoS, VLAN, routing, NAT, and DHCP support practical network deployments.
The V.SOL V2901Q-A also supports WEB, TELNET, OAM, OMCI, and TR069 management, along with unified network management through VSOL OLT. IPv4/IPv6 dual-stack support, firewall functions, Anti-DoS protection, parental control, loop detection, and diagnostic tools provide additional capabilities for managed fiber broadband networks.
