When industrial devices such as cameras, access points, sensors, and controllers need both network connectivity and power, using separate power equipment can increase wiring and installation complexity. The Westermo Lynx 3510-F2G2.5-P8G-LV combines Layer 2 Ethernet switching with PoE+ and 2.5 Gbit SFP connectivity, providing a practical way to connect and power multiple field devices from one industrial switch.
The Westermo Lynx 3510-F2G2.5-P8G-LV is a 10-port industrial Layer 2 Ethernet switch designed for networks that require both standard Gigabit Ethernet connections and higher-speed uplinks. It provides eight RJ-45 ports supporting 10/100/1000 Mbit/s and two 2.5 Gbit/s SFP ports, allowing connected industrial equipment and faster network links to operate through the same switching platform.
A key advantage of this switch is its integrated PoE capability. All eight RJ-45 ports support IEEE 802.3at/af PoE+/PoE, with up to 30 W available per port and a total PoE power budget of 240 W. This allows compatible powered devices to receive both Ethernet communication and electrical power through the network connection, helping reduce additional power cabling and simplify field installations.
The switch is built for industrial environments where network equipment may be exposed to temperature changes, humidity, vibration, and other demanding conditions. Its full-metal IP40 housing provides a robust enclosure, while the operating temperature range of -40 to +70°C allows the switch to operate across a wide range of industrial conditions. Support for IEC 60068-2-60 corrosive gas testing further suits applications where environmental durability is important.
With a 54 VDC supply and a compact 52 x 134 x 130 mm design, the Lynx 3510-F2G2.5-P8G-LV can be integrated into industrial network infrastructure without requiring a large amount of installation space. Its WeOS operating system provides the software platform for the switch, while the Layer 2 architecture supports its role in industrial Ethernet networks.
The switch is suited to transportation, manufacturing, energy, and smart city applications where reliable connectivity and powered Ethernet devices are required. Its industrial, marine, and trackside type testing also makes it suitable for infrastructure where network equipment must meet demanding industrial installation requirements.

We are retiring PICOPC Products MNHO-073, MNHO-048 and MNHO-043 and they have reached EOL (End Of Life) as we are introducing new products with better technology. We would recommend you to look into MNHO-095. For Untangle, pfSense, OPNsense, Windows 11, Proxmox VE etc. we recommend MNHO-095 whereas for Sophos, Kerio Control and Endian, we would recommend MNHO-069. (A complete list of supported OS can be found in each product's listing)
