Product Description

The Z130 Rapid Response Zirconia Oxygen Analyzer is a high-precision, microprocessor-controlled instrument designed for accurate measurement of oxygen in clean, non-reactive gases such as nitrogen and argon. It measures over a wide range, from 100 % down to 0.01 ppm, with fully auto-ranging capability.

Housed in a robust 19″ rack-mount enclosure, the Z130 features a long-life zirconia oxygen sensor and a unique cell and heater design, providing fast warm-up times, rapid response (<5 s for 90 % change), and minimal interference from other gases.

A large multi-digit LCD displays measured oxygen concentrations and configuration parameters. Two programmable alarm channels and selectable analogue outputs (0–5 V or 4–20 mA) enable integration with industrial control systems. The standard sampling system includes a needle valve and flow meter, while optional sampling accessories allow for flexible, application-specific configurations.

Key Features

  • Measures oxygen from 100 % to <1 ppm with full auto-ranging
