ZTE ZXA10 C610 1U Pizza Box Optical Line Terminal (OLT) Supports 16 PON Access
The ZTE ZXA10 C610 is a compact 1U Pizza Box Optical Line Terminal designed to provide efficient GPON access in fiber networks. It supports up to 16 GPON ports per shelf and combines subscriber access, optical uplink, management, and synchronization interfaces in a space-efficient chassis.
The ZXA10 C610 features a four-slot shelf configuration with one slot for switch control and GPON ports, two slots for power cards, and one slot for the fan. Its system throughput reaches 160 Gbps, providing capacity for GPON access deployments.
For network aggregation, the ZTE ZXA10 C610 provides six 10GE/GE optical uplinks per shelf, with the uplink type configurable into two groups. It also includes a 120Ω 2MBits/2Mhz clock and 1PPS+ToD input/output interface, along with out-of-band management and RS232 serial interfaces.
The GPON interface complies with ITU G.984.x and supports up to a 1:128 optical split ratio. The platform provides OLS, Type B optical link protection, FEC, and AES-128 encryption for GPON access applications.
The ZXA10 C610 also provides L2 networking functions including MAC filtering, ACL, VLAN, flexible QinQ, MAC management, STP/RSTP/MSTP, LACP, and trunking. It operates from -40°C to 65°C with 5% to 95% non-condensing humidity and has a compact 43.6 mm × 442 mm × 220 mm chassis.
